Embellished oats porridge

Filling and quick to make


  • 30g of oats porridge
  • 50 mls of milk (any preferred type)
  • half a teaspoon of sugar
  • one teaspoon of peanut butter
  • two squares of dark chocolate (or any preferred type)
  • one banana
  • a handful of blueberries
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon


  1. place oats porridge in a bowl, add milk and sugar
  2. cook in microwave for 2 minutes
  3. blend porridge thoroughly then beautifully arrange bananas, peanut butter, blueberries and dark chocolate on top
  4. finish off with some cinnamon
