Mango and pineapple smoothie


This refreshing smoothie is a winner. Here’s what goes in it  …

  • Two mangoes
  • One pineapple
  • Two kiwis

(serves two)

Method

  1. cut up pieces of each fruit and keep separate
  2. blend each fruit portion separately
  3. pour into smoothie jar in turn (could use a glass)
  4. in this instance I poured in the mango, followed by pineapple then topped it up with kiwis
  5. use a straw to stir slightly

Drink up!
